Facility Management Services
Skilled and polished receptionists/front office executives, trained in the art of dealing with visitors, calls, and administrative work, for offices, hospitals, schools, clinics, hotels, and commercial buildings.
First Impressions Matter
The individual in your front desk position is always the first contact your visitor or client will make with you. Should this contact not be smooth or organized, it will affect the way your visitors perceive your business regardless of the quality of the work being done behind the scenes. This is where a well-trained and well-presented receptionist comes in handy.
Our receptionist and administrative support staff operate in different settings such as offices, hospitals, clinics, schools, hotels, and commercial premises. Before starting their shift, your employees will be trained on how your front office is operated and how you handle your calls.
Our Facility Services
We provide trained, verified, and groomed facility staff across all support roles — covering every function your property needs.
Scope of Work
Meeting visitors, recording them, and guiding them to the right desk or department.
Recording and sorting calls that come through and routing them correctly.
Maintaining the records of the visitors, entry passes, and attendance logs for all the shifts.
Recording the couriers and documents that are brought in and directing them to the correct desk.
Arranging appointments for meetings or for individual departments.
Issuing visitor passes and contractor entry cards as per your site's protocol.
Basic data entry, correspondence, and filing alongside the core front desk role.
Answering general queries and giving directions to visitors and callers.
Managing visitor badges and coordinating with on-site security at the entrance.
Deployment Sites
We place front office and administrative support staff across a range of site types, and each placement is briefed on that property's own visitor flow and front office requirements before the person starts.
The Conquer Advantage
Supplying a person for the desk is the easy part. Keeping that desk covered, well-run, and professional week after week is the actual job, and that's what we manage.
ID, address, and background checks completed before deployment.
Uniformed personnel who maintain a professional standard of conduct.
Staff learn your visitor flow and call-handling etiquette before their first shift.
Regular site visits and performance checks through the contract period.
If someone's absent, a replacement is arranged quickly so the desk isn't left empty.
Single-shift, full-day, or rotating multi-shift coverage, based on what you need.
Engage staff daily, monthly, or on a longer contract, whichever fits.
Escalation support on every account, so issues don't sit unresolved.
Deployment Options
How many people you need at the front desk depends mostly on footfall and how many entry points you're covering. As a rough guide:
One receptionist on a single shift, handling visitors, calls, and light admin work.
One or two receptionists across shifts, with extra admin support during busier hours.
Multiple staff on rotating shifts for round-the-clock reception coverage.
A front office team with a lead receptionist coordinating across entry points.
We finalise the actual staffing plan once we understand your site's footfall, operating hours, and the specific mix of front office and admin tasks involved.
Our Process
We go through your site type, footfall, shift structure, and the specific duties you need covered.
Receptionists are shortlisted on communication and experience, then background-verified.
Staff are walked through your visitor flow, call handling, and admin requirements before day one.
Trained, uniformed staff start on the agreed date and shift schedule.
Supervisors check in regularly, and replacements are arranged promptly if someone's absent.

Common Questions
Most are graduates or hold a diploma in office administration, with basic computer skills covering MS Office, email, and visitor log software. For senior placements, we prefer people who've already worked a front desk in a corporate, hospital, or hotel setting, the job has its own rhythm that's hard to pick up cold.
Front desk work is visitor-facing: greeting, calls, reception. Administrative support is more back-office, data entry, documentation, and correspondence. A lot of sites don't need two separate people for this; one front office hire handles both, and we train and staff for that combined role when that's what fits your setup.
Hindi and English are standard for every receptionist we place. If your site regularly gets visitors who need another regional or foreign language, we can also source staff with that specific language ability. This comes up often for hotels and hospitals in particular.
Every shift is briefed on the same site protocols and call-handling standards, so the visitor experience doesn't change depending on who's on duty. Supervisors also do periodic quality checks across shifts, which catch inconsistencies before they become a pattern.
It depends on the site; some use visitor management software, others run on EPABX or a call routing system, plus the basics like Excel and Outlook for scheduling and records. Whatever your site uses, staff are briefed on it before they start, not after.
Share your requirements, and we'll recommend the right front desk staffing plan for your site.
